  • About me

I'm Will and I'm 20 years old from Devon. I created this business with the idea of giving football players the information and guidance that professional players have at their disposal. I have always loved playing football and bettering my game whilst not on the pitch. This can be done through strength and conditioning work, improvement of sprint mechanics, recovery techniques and much more! I have worked with some of the best S&C coaches in the industry during my time as a pro and I want to help other players who haven’t had this during their football career.

  • Football journey

I'm currently on my second loan spell at Torquay United from my parent club Plymouth Argyle. After joining Plymouth Argyle's academy at the age of seven I worked my way through the age groups until I had the opportunity to make my debut in 2022 and since then I've made 10 more appearances for the first team. I was also fortunate enough to represent Wales internationally at ages up to Under 19's.

  • Learning from the best

During my time representing my country and playing for Plymouth I have worked with some inspirational coaches:

    • Frazer Findlay - Frazer has worked in the NBA and in the NHL (US ice hockey league), as well as working for Liverpool, Millwall, Crystal Palace and Wales in the football industry. Working in other sports made Frazer’s ability to adapt to all athlete’s needs so impressive.
    • Max Whittingham - now working as Portsmouth FC’s head of S&C, Max is the coach which I worked most closely with as my time as a scholar for Plymouth Argyle. Max was head of sports science for the under 18’s meaning I participated in close to 300 sessions of his over the 2 year period.
    • Elliot Turner - a key factor in Plymouth’s 101-point league 1 triumph. In a league full of big hitters Plymouth’s squad depth was a question mark at the start of the season, but it was Elliot’s ability to keep everyone (apart from a few) fit for the entirety of the season that ensured their title winning campaign. As a young player itching to get in the team I spent a lot of time doing top up sessions and extra gym sessions with Elliot where I learnt a lot. It was no surprise when he was taken to Stoke City with Steven Schumacher.
