What is the 3 month package?

The 3 month package is a subscription where you receive a personalised gym programme, two 1-1 gym sessions and readily available advice to help your game every month!

What happens when I purchase an item?

When you purchase a product for the first time you will be emailed certain forms which you will have to fill out to enable you to be trained by WJDTRAINING. Within 24 hours of these being completed you will be contacted and talked through how you will receive your programme and/or sessions will be organised accordingly. *PLEASE NOTE THE GYM PROGRAMMES HAVE TO BE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THIS INSTANTLY*
